Information We Collect

• Mobile phone number — used for account creation and device identification
• 4-digit PIN — used for secure tracking authentication only
• Location data (GPS coordinates) — only when sharing is turned ON by the user
• Device nickname — optional, stored locally on your device only

How We Use Your Information

• Location coordinates are stored on our server only while sharing is ON
• Only users who know your PIN can access your location
• When you tap "Stop Sharing", uploads stop immediately
• You can delete all your data at any time using "Delete Account" in the app

Permission Details

Foreground Location Permission
To show your current location on the map, foreground location permission is required.

Background Location Permission
To share your location while the app is closed, background location permission is required. This ensures your location updates continuously even when the app is not open.

Location Permissions (Coarse and Fine)
Used to display your location in the app. Location information is not used for any other purposes and no one can see your location without your permission.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers hosted at androappdev2014.in. We retain location data only while your account is active. Deleting your account removes all data permanently from our servers.

Advertising

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings under Google → Ads.

Children's Privacy

This app is rated for users aged 3 and above on Google Play. The app is designed for family use — parents may use it to share their location with family members or to track their children's devices for safety purposes.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children. All account registration requires a mobile phone number, which is typically held by an adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of this app.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without parental consent, please contact us at androappdev2014@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

Terms and Conditions

We store only the minimum data required to provide the location sharing service. We use only location permission to get related details — with user permission — to display to the individual user using the app on their device.
